India’s Leading Business News Channel: CNBC TV18 took an Exclusive Interview of Mr. Hardik Sanghvi, CEO, Vmukti Solutions Pvt. Ltd., on how he developed an idea of web conferencing into an innovative Unified Communications Platform, now popular as Vmukti.

The Interview started with discussions on the necessity of a green technology like web conferencing solution in today’s business environment and how emergence of communication platform like Vmukti has brought disruption in the Global Web Conferencing arena.

The CEO then explains as to how the journey began. The idea of developing a web conferencing solution came from a speech from the former President of India, Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam at a NASSCOM conference held at Mumbai.

Mr. HARDIK SANGHVI holds a Bachelors of Engineering in Electronics & Communications from the DDIT, one of the premier technology institutes of India. During his 9 years of experience, he has worked with fortune 500 companies like IBM and Xerox, USA as well as Asian giants like Tata Consultancy Services (TCS).

He declined the offer of Green Card as well as high end job opportunities in Fortune 500 Companies to return back to India & serve his country with the rich experience he has gained. After returning home, he joins his brother, Kushal Sanghvi, who had already laid the foundation of Vmukti. Mr. KUSHAL SANGHVI serves as the Chief Financial Officer of VMukti and under his guidance VMukti had able to spread its wings in many Countries. Through his accurate foresight Adiance has been able to take the strong leaps at the right time. He has been a Center of excellence for Business management for his innovative yet Stringent Business Model. He has been an overseer of VMukti’s Global Finance.

By releasing the product in open source he is ensuring technology availability to everybody without discrimination. Besides savings in cost & time of businesses around the world the products are believed to help bridge the great digital divide.

He then goes back to the establishment phase of his start-up, to describe the rigorous assessments by a panel from Department of Science and Technology (DIST), before being incubated at CIIE, IIM Ahmedabad.
