Videos
The system can display all videos which are set as public Videos with its information. Some of them are prerecorded and some are Live Videos.
Upload
The system can provide functionality to upload the Videos.
Type: - Uploading the live or prerecorded videos with public/ private functionality within different categories.
Live streaming video.
A user can see the live webcasted video over this screen player.This live video is webcasted by VMukti Encoder.VmuktEncoder broadcasts live audio-video to the website http://solite.vmukti.com . This amazing extra-ordinary application lets you broadcast yourself live over the internet. It also lets you decide the bit-rate that suits to your internet connection speed. The quality of audio-video is excellent and superb with perfect synchronization and reduced delay.
STEPS TO INSTALL VMUKTI BROADCASTER
1. Check to see if the .NET Framework is already installed.
Future upgrades to the Windows operating systems will install the Framework, so you may already have it.
• Run "Add or Remove Programs" in the control panel and see if "Microsoft .NET Framework" is installed. If so, skip ahead to step 3.
2. Install the .NET Framework 2.0 (23 MB).
• Go to the Framework Redistributable web site.
• Scan for updates.
• Select .NET Framework Version 2.0 (or a later version if it exists)
• Install it.
3. Install Vmukti Encoder
• Download Vmukti Broadcaster from http://solite.vmukti.com.
• Save the VmuktiEncoder.zip.
• You will see a compressed file by the name Vmukti Encoder.zip on your desktop.
• Unzip the Vmukti Encoder.zip.
• On unzipping, you will find a folder named Vmutki Encoder which contains 2 files namely setup.exe and setup.msi.
• Double click on setup.exe/setup.msi to run the setup.
• Once the installation is over click “Close”.
• Once the installation is over you will be able to see Vmukti Encoder by clicking on “Start->All Programs”
STEPS TO RUN VMUKTI ENCODER
1. Go to “start -> All Programs->Vmukti Encoder”. You will see the following GUI.
2. Enter a name which will be associated with your video. Preferably the name must signify the video you are broadcasting.
3. Select a video capturing device / camera from the list which shows all the attached video capturing devices.
4. Select an audio capturing device / camera from the list which shows all the attached audio capturing devices.
5. Select Bit-rate depending on the speed of your internet connection.
6.Tick the check box for file archiving if you wish to archive the stream you are webcasting to a file on your disk.
7.Specify the name and location of the archived file by clicking on the “Browse” button.
8.Click on “Stream” to start streaming.
9.Browse http://solite.vmukti.com to see the stream you are broadcasting. A small dedicated windows appears on the website which when clicked enlarges to show the audio-video. Any number of users world-wide will be able to see the audio-video.
Steps to follow:
For VMukti Encoder:
1) First browse this URL: solite.vmukti.com
2) You will see one tab which name is VMukti Broadcaster. Click On it. It asks to save one Zip on your System.
3) Save it on your system .Then goes to that location where this file saved.
4) Extract it. It gives one folder whose name is VMukti Encoder, in which SetUp.exe contained.
5) Double Click on Setup.exe file and install it on your System.
6) You will see icon of VMukti Encoder on your Desktop.
7) Now click on that icon you will see blue form with Video Name, Video Source and Audio Source textboxes and two buttons.
8) Just give name for Video, select video source and select audio source .
9) Now click on Stream Button.
10)You will have to wait one message box, it declares your video has been successfully Uploaded.
11) Then Go to solite.vmukti.com and refresh that page. You will see your video live on that page.
For Conference:
1) Go to solite.vmukti.com
2) You will have to log in with your username.
3) After Success fully logged in, click on Video Tab.
4) You will see multiple videos. Just Click on name of any one live video.
5) Then you will see one page which contains Chat, Live Video Player, QA and Feedback Module.
6) On that page top-right corner u will see one Join Conference Button.
7) Click on that Button you will redirected another page which contains Video Conference Portal.
8) First check top-left corner, you see one light control it displays Green Signal.
9) Then Login with your username in that page again
10)Your username will displayed on that page, then click on text like "Send Audio and Video" of any video pod on that page.
11) Now you can see yourself on that pod. And you are in conference.
12) For Logout you will have to click Leave Conference Button on from your solite page.
