Lack of skilled trainers and as a result lack of skilled resources is few of the biggest issues of countries like India. Even though Education and Corporate Training Industry in India is claimed to be over INR 3,00,000 Cr. Industry by 2012, the bigger issue as we see is increasing digital divide. I wonder how much of INR 25000 Cr IIT test preparation business in India is originating from rural or tier 4 towns today. So, At VMukti, we took a mandate to innovate disruptive technology for briefings and trainings that enables full screen Video Communications for masses at low cost and low bandwidth.
