would like some smart and experience developers to submit a code-review
(document) reviewing the source and making recommendations concentrating on the
following topics: Qualifications required for developers to fix bugs of next gen VMukti 1.1.x C#, XBAP, WPF, WCF, SQL 2005, and P2P based Open Source application (.NET v3.5 & VS 2008) whose source code needs to be scrutinized heavily.
